» HomeschoolNow - Afrocentric Workbooks

I started my son on Khepri Enterprises fourth grade series two months ago. He has already learned to add, subtract, and multiply fractions as well as the basics of geometry (lines, line segments, rays, angles, etc.) I am very impressed with the math, but the Afrocentric way that the books are compiled is what really makes all the difference. He has learned about Crispus Attucks, Nigerian culture, and several words and phrases in Swahili. I contacted them to tell them how pleased i am with the books and was told that Book 3 of the Fourth Grade series introduces negative numbers and graphs. I'm very excited and wanted to share this with any other African American Homeschoolers on this site. www.kheprient.com
