I came up a useful site for who to contact concerning defending homeschoolers in Germany called Homeschool World.
On their site, they say they have been contacted by a homeschooling group in Germany, who urge us to contact officials in the Ministry of Education, as the Embassy is often blocking emails concerning this matter. They provide a good list of officials to contact.
